Including the cities of Sacramento, Fairfield/Suisun, Stockton,
Modesto, Grass Valley, and Jackson

Areas of high clouds will move north this afternoon and evening
across the northern San Joaquin and southern Sacramento Valleys,
the Mother Lode foothills and the greater Delta region.

Some elevated showers or virga are associated with these clouds
and an isolated shower could reach the ground with potential for
brief gusty winds.

Look for very warm temperatures to continue through the evening
hours with upper 80s to upper 90s extending through at least 7
