CLEAR SKIES THURSDAY NIGHT. LOW TEMPERATURES RANGED FROM THE
SINGLE DIGITS ABOVE ZERO ACROSS NORTHERN MINNESOTA...TO THE MIDDLE
20S ACROSS SOUTHERN IOWA.

UNDER SUNNY SKIES ACROSS THE REGION...TEMPERATURES WERE IN THE
20S TO LOW 30S THIS AFTERNOON. AN AREA OF HIGH PRESSURE WILL
CONTINUE TO DOMINATE THE AREA THIS AFTERNOON INTO TONIGHT. MOSTLY
SUNNY SKIES CAN BE EXPECTED LATE THIS AFTERNOON AND EVENING.

LOW TEMPERATURES TONIGHT WILL BE IN THE SINGLE DIGITS TO TEENS
ACROSS MUCH OF THE AREA UNDER CLEAR SKIES AND LIGHT WINDS.
