WEATHER SUMMARY
NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE PADUCAH KY
305 PM CDT SAT MAY 30 2015

WARM AND HUMID START TO OUR SATURDAY WITH LOW TEMPERATURES IN THE
UPPER 60S TO LOWER 70S. BREEZY CONDITIONS EXISTED AS WELL WITH LOW
PRESSURE MOVING NORTHEAST FROM ARKANSAS RESULTING IN WINDS IN THE 15
TO 20 MPH RANGE WITH SOME HIGHER GUSTS. ISOLATED SHOWERS AND
THUNDERSTORMS DEVELOPED THIS MORNING AND INCREASED IN
COVERAGE/INTENSITY HEADING INTO THE AFTERNOON HOURS. WE HAD SEVERAL
REPORTS OF WIND GUSTS OF 40-50 MPH WITH THE STORMS. THESE SHOWERS
AND THUNDERSTORMS WILL CONTINUE INTO THE EVENING HOURS BEFORE
DIMINISING FROM WEST TO EAST. TEMPERATURES ARE HIGHLY DEPENDENT ON
WHERE THE STORMS HAVE GONE THROUGH WITH LOW TO MID 80S COMMON IN DRY
LOCATIONS AND UPPER 60S TO LOW 70S BEING SEEN IN RAIN COOLED
COMMUNITIES.

LOW PRESSURE WILL DEPART THE AREA TONIGHT WITH DECREASING CHANCES OF
SHOWERS AND STORMS. CAN`T RULE OUT SOME SHOWERS ESPECIALLY OVER
SOUTHERN COUNTIES ON SUNDAY AS A WEAK UPPER DISTURBANCE MOVES
THROUGH. THIS FEATURE WILL KEEP PLENTY OF CLOUDS AROUND AND HIGH
TEMPERATURES VERY COOL FOR LATE MAY IN THE MID 60S TO LOW 70S. HIGH
PRESSURE WILL BUILD INTO THE LOWER OHIO VALLEY EARLY IN THE WEEK
WITH GRADUALLY MODERATING TEMPERATURES FROM THE 70S INTO THE 80S BY
WEDNESDAY.
