Sawtooth Mountains-Big and Little Wood River Region-
Including the cities of Stanley, Clayton, Hailey, Ketchum,
and Bellevue

An autumn winter storm will deliver about 1 to 6 inches of snow
to the Central Idaho Mountains through Saturday morning. The snow
began late Thursday night with the heaviest accumulations
occurring this morning, then slowly tapering off. Mountain passes
will see some snow accumulation and may make travel difficult.
Use caution and slow down when driving in these areas.


Eastern Magic Valley-Upper Snake River Plain-
Lower Snake River Plain-
Including the cities of Burley, Rupert, Heyburn, Idaho Falls,
Rexburg, and Pocatello

The Snake River plain will see snow develop and accumulate
briefly. Accumulations will stay below one inch, with the
exception of bench areas in Pocatello which could experience 1 to
3 inches of snowfall today and tonight.
