...Areas of Dense Fog will Persist Through the Morning...

Areas of fog with visibility of a quarter mile or less will be
encountered across the Wind River Basin through this morning, with
fog expected to lift and dissipate around noon. Road surfaces may
be slick with black ice deposited by the fog, especially over
bridges.

Use your headlights to remain visible to other drivers through the
morning.

Areas of fog with visibility of a quarter mile or less will be
encountered across the Big Horn Basin through this morning, with
fog expected to lift and dissipate around noon. The fog will be
most extensive along the Bighorn River, along Highway 789, between
Worland and Cowley. Road surfaces may be slick with black ice
deposited by the fog, especially over bridges.

morning.
