TONIGHT...BUILDING TO 8 TO 15 FEET WEDNESDAY MORNING...THEN
RISING TO 20 TO 25 FEET ON WEDNESDAY AFTERNOON AND EVENING.

SURF ALONG WEST FACING SHORES WILL BE 3 TO 6 FEET THROUGH
TONIGHT...BUILDING TO 5 TO 12 FEET WEDNESDAY MORNING...THEN
RISING TO 14 TO 18 FEET ON WEDNESDAY AFTERNOON AND EVENING.

SURF ALONG EAST FACING SHORES WILL BE 1 TO 3 FEET TONIGHT AND 2
TO 4 FEET WEDNESDAY.

SURF ALONG SOUTH FACING SHORES WILL BE 2 FEET OR LESS TONIGHT...
RISING TO 2 TO 3 FEET WITH LOCALLY HIGHER SETS WEDNESDAY AFTERNOON
AND EVENING.

OUTLOOK THROUGH TUESDAY JANUARY 24:
THE LARGE WEST-NORTHWEST SWELL WILL GRADUALLY DECLINE ON
THURSDAY...WHILE A REINFORCING NORTHWEST SWELL MAINTAINS ADVISORY
LEVEL SURF FRIDAY. A FRONT WILL MOVE DOWN THE ISLAND CHAIN DURING
THE WEEKEND...BRINGING STRONG NORTHEASTERLY WINDS AND LARGE...
SHORT-PERIOD SEAS FROM THE NORTH-NORTHEAST THAT WILL LIKELY
PRODUCE ROUGH...ADVISORY LEVEL SURF ALONG NORTH AND EAST FACING
SHORES. DECLINING SURF IS EXPECTED MONDAY AND TUESDAY.

SURF HEIGHTS ARE FORECAST HEIGHTS OF THE FACE OR FRONT OF WAVES. THE
SURF FORECAST IS BASED ON THE SIGNIFICANT WAVE HEIGHT...THE AVERAGE
HEIGHT OF THE ONE THIRD LARGEST WAVES...IN THE ZONE OF MAXIMUM
REFRACTION. SOME WAVES MAY BE MORE THAN TWICE AS HIGH AS THE
SIGNIFICANT WAVE HEIGHT. EXPECT TO ENCOUNTER RIP CURRENTS IN OR NEAR
