WIND SPEEDS WILL DIMINISH ACROSS THE AREA TONIGHT AS A STORM
SYSTEM PUSHES EAST AND AWAY FROM THE REGION. HIGH PRESSURE
APPROACHING FROM THE NORTHWEST WILL USHER COLDER AIR INTO THE
REGION...ALONG WITH BITTERLY COLD WIND CHILLS. THE COLD CONDITIONS
WILL CONTINUE INTO THE DAY WEDNESDAY.

LOW TEMPERATURES TONIGHT WILL RANGE FROM THE TEENS BELOW ZERO
ACROSS NORTHERN MINNESOTA...TO THE SINGLE DIGITS ABOVE ZERO ACROSS
SOUTHEASTERN SOUTH DAKOTA. HIGH TEMPERATURES ON WEDNESDAY WILL
RANGE FROM AROUND ZERO ACROSS NORTH CENTRAL NORTH DAKOTA...TO THE
TEENS ACROSS SOUTHERN SOUTH DAKOTA.
