During the past 24 hours ending at 12z Monday, light precipitation
fell across the eastern third of the Missouri River basin and in the
southeastern quarter of Wyoming. Basin average amounts were less
than 0.25 inches.  The remainder of the basin was dry.

During the next 24 hours ending at 12z Tuesday, some light
precipitation is again forecast for the eastern fringes of the basin
and in the far northern plains. Water equivalent amounts should be
less than a half of an inch.  Little or no precipitation is forecast
across the remainder of the basin.

The North Platte River near Lewellen, NE and the South Platte River
near Roscoe, NE are experiencing elevated stages, but below flood
stage, due to ice.
