Moderate to heavy rain fell across eastern Kansas and western Missouri over the
past 24 hours.  Basin average amounts were generally less than 1.00 inch with
isolated areas exceeding 2.00 inches across southwestern Missouri.  Elsewhere
across the basin, little or no precipitation fell.

Precipitation is forecast across the eastern half of Kansas and much of Missouri
over the next 24 hours.  Basin average amounts should be generally less than
