* FELL BELOW FLOOD STAGE AT  8:00 PM TUESDAY.
* FLOOD STAGE IS 19.0 FEET.
* FORECAST...THE RIVER WILL CONTINUE TO FALL TO 17.2 FEET BY THURSDAY
  MORNING.
