.PATCHY DENSE FOG...

Locally dense fog has developed across portions of Virginia and
Maryland between Interstate 81 and Interstate 95. Visibilities in
some locations have briefly dropped to one quarter mile.

Early morning motorists should use caution while driving in these
areas. Visibility may drop suddenly, especially at high speed.
Motorists should slow down and use greater caution early this
morning.

The fog should dissipate after sunrise.
