Patchy dense fog has developed this morning across the southern
sections of Deep East Texas and Northcentral Louisiana.
Visibilities will be reduced to below one-half mile at times,
mainly south of a Lufkin and Hemphill Texas, to Many,
Natchitoches, Winnfield and Olla Louisiana line. Motorists are
urged to use low beam headlights, slow down, and allow for extra
travel time during the rush hour commute. Look for the fog to lift
around mid morning.
