At 1243 AM MDT, Doppler radar indicated a frontal boundary along a
line extending from 12 miles southeast of Heart Butte to 10 miles
northwest of Highwood to 20 miles southwest of Hays, moving
southwest at 30 mph.

Locations impacted include...
Great Falls, Havre, Shelby, Cut Bank, Conrad, Choteau, Fort Benton,
Chinook, Chester, Cascade, Big Sandy, Browning, Harlem, Fairfield,
Belt, Valier, Sunburst, Dutton, Geraldine and Denton.

The boundary has already moved south of the Hi-Line, but it has
brought in slightly cooler air with higher dewpoints and breezy
northerly winds, as well as some smoke from Canadian wildfires,
which is reducing visibility to around 5 miles in spots. Similar
conditions are likely to spread into portions of Central Montana
