For the Palo Duro Creek...the following locations are included...
Spearman 6W.

.Over 3 inches inches of rain has fallen upstream of the gage site.
The runoff from the heavy rain has caused a significant rise on the
creek. The creek crested at 13.2 feet and is expected to fall to
around 10 feet by 1 AM...and to around 6 feet by 7 AM.

For the Palo Duro Creek 6 miles west of Spearman.
* Latest stage: 12.9 feet at 730 PM Saturday.
* Flood stage: 20.0 feet.
* Bankfull stage: 9.0 feet.

At 9.0 feet...The creek is at bankfull stage. Some minor overbank
flooding occurs and cattle in the floodplain may be threatened.

Caution is urged when walking near riverbanks.
