It will be a cool way to end the work week...with forecast high
temperatures today expected to top out in the lower 40s in the north
to mid 50s in the south. Rain will continue to push north with time
today...and is expected to diminish in coverage later this
afternoon. It will be a breezy out of the northeast today...with
speeds of 15 to 25 MPH possible...especially across south central
Nebraska. Looking to tonight...precipitation chances will be on the
increase once again...from south to an upper level storm
system approaches from the southwest. There will be the chance for a
rain and snow mix later tonight across western portions of the
area...but snow accumulation is currently not expected.
