Snow has steadily been falling across northern Nebraska today.
Totals up to 12 inches have been reported along the Nebraska/South
Dakota border. Winds have also increased through the afternoon.

Snow will continue to fall across northern and central Nebraska
tonight. A Winter Storm Warning remains in effect for areas north
of Interstate 80 and a Winter Weather Advisory along and south.
Snowfall rates of 1 to 2 inches per hour will lead to quick
accumulations, and gusty winds will continue to blow and drift
the snow. Temperatures will fall into the upper teen and low 20s
tonight. Snow slowly tapers off Friday morning across the
Panhandle. Snow will continue across central Nebraska through
early afternoon before it comes to an end.
