An upper level low will slowly move through the Lower Mississippi
Valley today and tonight bringing chances for rain showers. Cooler
temperatures are expected today with highs in the upper 50s east to
the lower and middle 60s west. Lows tonight will be mainly in the
40s. As the upper level low moves east, drier air and moderating
temperatures can be expected with highs Monday in the 70s and in the
upper 70s to lower 80s on Tuesday.

An upper level trough and associated cold front will bring shower
and thunderstorm chances back to the Mid-South for Wednesday into
Thursday. An unsettled pattern is expected to continue into next
weekend as a series of upper level disturbances move across the
region with highs in the 70s and 80s and lows in the 60s.
