At 313 PM PST, Doppler radar was tracking a line of thunderstorms
just west of highway 70 and west of the town of Pennington.

The line of storms may produce small hail and winds in excess of 40
mph as it moves to the east at 20 mph. Lightning and brief heavy
rains are also possible.

Locations impacted include...
Biggs, Gridley, Pennington and Live Oak between 330 and 4 pm.
