Forecast For Wisconsin And Nearby Portions Of Neighboring States

For tonight, northern sections of the region are forecast to
remain dry under partly to mostly cloudy skies. Southern sections
of the region should see at least a chance of rain showers, with
showers likely and even a few thunderstorms across southeast
Wisconsin and northern Illinois. Brisk northeast winds will also
continue, especially over the southeast half of Wisconsin and
northern Illinois. Low temperatures will range from the upper 20s
to lower 30s north, upper 30s to lower 40s south.

For Sunday, rain is likely in southern sections of the region with
a few thunderstorms also possible. Precipitation becomes more
likely in the north through the morning, with a brief period of
light snow possible early Sunday morning. It will be windy,
especially across the southern half of Minnesota and Wisconsin,
and in northern Iowa and Illinois. High temperatures will
generally be in the 40s, with slightly warmer temperatures in far
northern Minnesota and in northeast Illinois. Rainfall totals on
Sunday will be around one inch for many locations.
