83 TO THE MONTANA BORDER TODAY INTO TONIGHT. THOSE WITH TRAVEL
PLANS ACROSS WESTERN AND CENTRAL NORTH DAKOTA SHOULD BE PREPARED
FOR LOW VISIBILITIES IN FALLING SNOW...ALONG WITH SNOW COVERED AND
ICY ROADWAYS. STAY TUNED FOR FORECAST UPDATES.
