This Hazardous Weather Outlook is for portions of northeast
Minnesota and northwest Wisconsin.

.DAY ONE...Today and Tonight

Snow is expected to spread northeastward across central and
northern Minnesota tonight. There is a potential for a mix of
rain, freezing rain, and snow as the precipitation expands
southeastward late overnight. Areas south of a line from Pine
City and Hinckley to Solon Springs to Bayfield, including much of
northwest Wisconsin, have the best chance of seeing mixed
precipitation late overnight. The Tuesday morning commute may be
slower due to reduced visibility and stretches of snow covered or
icy roads.

.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...Tuesday through Sunday

Light snow is forecast to continue across central and northern
Minnesota on Tuesday, with a wintry mix for Hinckley, Pine City,
and much of northwest Wisconsin. A swath of 3 to 6 inches of snow
is possible from near Aitkin and Grand Rapids through the Twin
Ports and Ely and into the Arrowhead, with lower totals to the
north and south.

Snow showers will be possible along the snowbelt region of the
south shore of Lake Superior Wednesday afternoon into Thursday.
Several inches of snowfall will be possible, mostly likely over
northern Iron County.

Snow spotters are requested to report their snowfall measurements
to the National Weather Service.
