This Hazardous Weather Outlook is for portions of northwest Iowa,
west central Iowa, northeast Nebraska, south central South
Dakota, and southeast South Dakota.

.DAY ONE...Today and Tonight

Temperatures will be slightly cooler than yesterday. However,
humidity levels will still result in afternoon heat indices in the
90s.

.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...Monday through Saturday

The combination of heat and humidity will persist through mid-week,
with heat index values in the 90s to near 100 possible across the
area through Wednesday.

The chance for thunderstorms will return to the area Monday night
through Tuesday night. While timing and location are uncertain,
there is a potential for isolated strong to severe storms late
Tuesday into Tuesday night.

Hazardous weather is not expected through tonight.

.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...Monday through Saturday

Heat and humidity will build back into the region early this
week. Heat index values in the 90s will be possible at times
Monday through Wednesday.

The chance for thunderstorms will return to the area Monday night
through Tuesday night. While timing and location are uncertain,
there is a potential for isolated strong to severe storms late
Tuesday into Tuesday night.
