...STRONG THUNDERSTORMS WILL IMPACT TRINITY...CENTRAL HOUSTON...
NORTHEASTERN POLK AND NORTHEASTERN WALKER COUNTIES THROUGH 315 PM
CDT...

At 230 PM CDT, Doppler radar was tracking a cluster of strong
thunderstorms along a line extending from near Diboll to 6 miles east
of Madisonville. Movement was east at around 30 mph.

HAZARD...Wind gusts up to 50 mph and up to half inch hail.

SOURCE...Radar indicated.

IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around
         unsecured objects. Minor hail damage to vegetation is
         possible.

Locations impacted include...
Apple Springs, Trinity, Corrigan, Groveton, Lovelady, Pennington, and
Centralia.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

If outdoors, consider seeking shelter inside a building.

These storms may intensify, so be certain to monitor local radio
stations and available television stations for additional information
and possible warnings from the National Weather Service.
