...FLOOD ADVISORY IN EFFECT UNTIL 1030 PM EDT THIS EVENING...

* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall is expected.

* WHERE...Southeastern Brown County, Ohio, and southern Adams
  County, Ohio.

* WHEN...Until 1030 PM EDT.

* IMPACTS...Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
  - At 726 PM EDT, radar indicated heavy rain due to
    thunderstorms. Minor flooding is ongoing or expected to begin
    shortly in the advisory area. Between 1.5 and 2.5 inches of
    rain have fallen. Additional rainfall amounts of 0.5 to 1
    inch are possible.
  - Some locations that may experience flooding include...
    West Union, Manchester, Ripley, Aberdeen, Blue Creek,
    Decatur, Bentonville, Dunkinsville, Cedar Mills, Bradysville
    and Wamsley.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Turn around, don`t drown when encountering flooded roads. Most flood
deaths occur in vehicles.

your report via social media, when you can do so safely.
