Minor flooding is ongoing or expected to begin shortly in the advisory area. Between 1.5 and 2.5 inches of rain have fallen. Additional rainfall amounts of 0.5 to 1 inch are possible. - Some locations that may experience flooding include... West Union, Manchester, Ripley, Aberdeen, Blue Creek, Decatur, Bentonville, Dunkinsville, Cedar Mills, Bradysville and Wamsley. PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...
