* AT 10AM THURSDAY THE STAGE WAS 17.0 FEET
* NO FLOODING IS OCCURRING AND MINOR FLOODING IS FORECAST
* FLOOD STAGE IS 17 FEET
* FORECAST TO RISE TO FLOOD STAGE BY THIS AFTERNOON. THE RIVER WILL FALL BELOW
  FLOOD STAGE BY EARLY THIS EVENING.
* AT 17 FEET, CONSIDERABLE FLOODING OF LOWLANDS WILL OCCUR.
