The National Weather Service in Wilmington has issued a

* Flood Warning for...
  Mason County in northern Kentucky...
  Northwestern Lewis County in northeastern Kentucky...
  Bracken County in northern Kentucky...
  Southeastern Clermont County in southwestern Ohio...
  Southern Brown County in southwestern Ohio...
  Southwestern Adams County in southwestern Ohio...

* Until 845 AM EDT Sunday.

* At 243 AM EDT, local law enforcement reported flooding is
  occurring across much of the region, with the most serious
  flooding from southern Brown County into northeast Bracken County
  and much of Mason County. Up to 6 inches of rain have fallen
  overnight. Radar indicated that additional showers and
  thunderstorms may move across the region and produce another one
  half to one inch of rain. Runoff from this excessive rainfall will
  cause flooding to continue to occur.

* Some locations that will experience flooding include...
  Maysville, Washington, Manchester, Ripley, Aberdeen, Augusta,
  Felicity, Lewisburg, Brooksville, Tollesboro, Dover, Higginsport,
  Moscow, Germantown, Sardis, Neville, Chilo, Trinity, Bradford and


Turn around, don`t drown when encountering flooded roads. Most flood
deaths occur in vehicles.

Be especially cautious at night when it is harder to recognize the
dangers of flooding.
