WALLOWA COUNTY. THIS SYSTEM WILL CIRCULATE ENERGY ACROSS THE
FORECAST AREA TODAY...MAINLY BRINGING SHOWERS AND ISOLATED
THUNDERSTORMS FROM THE BLUE MOUNTAINS EASTWARD. WETTING RAIN CAN
