.DISCUSSION...An upper level ridge will build in through the
weekend, bringing temperatures that will average 15 to 20 degrees
above normal, before cooler temperatures arrive next week. Dry
conditions are expected through much of next week.  With the
warming temperatures, minimum RH values will be fair to poor with
good to excellent overnight recoveries. Winds will increase on
Sunday into Monday and become breezy, especially across portions
of the Columbia Basin, Simcoe Highlands, Blue Mountain Foothills,
and Kittitas Valley.
