Through 830 pm...Isolated showers and thunderstorms will continue
across portions of deep south Texas and the Rio Grande Valley.
Brief periods of moderate to heavy rainfall can be expected, with
rainfall of up to one quarter of an inch. Isolated rainfall
totals of one half to 1 inch possible where heavier showers or
thunderstorms persist. Occasional cloud to ground lightning is
possible in any thunderstorm.

to develop and move northwest across the lower Texas coastal
waters. Mariners can expect brief periods of light to moderate
rainfall and visibility may be reduced to less than 2 nautical
miles at times. Occasional cloud to water lightning is possible in
any thunderstorm.
