.NOW...
Strong wind gusts between 30 and 40 mph are expected through at
least midnight and possibly linger in the early morning hours as a
storm system over North Texas and its associated line of
thunderstorms intensifies. The line of storms is not expected to
impact the Rio Grande Valley, however the strong wind gusts may
cause some loose objects like trash cans, lawn furniture and palm
fronds to blow around.
