WELLS...TO COMANCHE THROUGH 3 PM. LOCALLY HEAVY RAINS MAY OCCUR
FROM BRECKENRIDGE TO COMANCHE WHERE ADDITIONAL AMOUNTS BETWEEN A
HALF INCH TO AN INCH ARE POSSIBLE THROUGH MID AFTERNOON. WIDELY
SCATTERED SHOWERS AND THUNDERSTORMS ARE POSSIBLE ELSEWHERE. CLOUD
TO GROUND LIGHTNING AND GUSTY WINDS MAY ACCOMPANY STRONGER
THUNDERSTORMS LATER THIS AFTERNOON.

OTHERWISE...MOSTLY CLOUDY AND HUMID CONDITIONS WILL PREVAIL ACROSS
MUCH OF THE AREA THIS AFTERNOON. HIGH TEMPERATURES WILL RANGE
FROM NEAR 80 DEGREES WEST TO THE LOWER 90S SOUTHEAST.
