THE ENTIRE SOUTH PLAINS...ROLLING PLAINS AND FAR SOUTHERN TEXAS
PANHANDLE. SOME BREAKS IN THIS SNOW ARE EXPECTED TO DEVELOP
WITH TIME ACROSS THE SOUTHWEST SOUTH PLAINS AS THE STRONGEST
LIFT GRADUALLY EXITS FARTHER EAST.

THE STEADIEST SNOW WITH ADDITIONAL ACCUMULATIONS OF AN INCH OR
TWO ARE MOSTLY LIKELY ALONG AND NORTH OF THE HIGHWAY 70 CORRIDOR
FROM MULESHOE...EAST TO PLAINVIEW AND MATADOR. WIDESPREAD TOTAL
SNOWFALL WILL RANGE FROM 1 TO 3 INCHES WITH EMBEDDED SWATHS OF 4
TO 5 INCHES POSSIBLE IN LOCATIONS SUCH AS LUBBOCK.

PERSONS WHO MUST TRAVEL THIS MORNING SHOULD ALLOW PLENTY OF
TIME TO REACH THEIR DESTINATION AS ROADS ARE SNOW PACKED AND ICY.
