At 230 PM...showers, mostly light to moderate were advancing
northeastward across southern Delaware and onto parts of Maryland`s
eastern shore. This is just the beginning. Showers, many moderate
to heavy over Virginia, will arrive over the entire area late
this afternoon and evening. This rain will likely interrupt some
outdoor activity by 6 PM.

At 230 PM, showers upstream on the Delmarva Peninsula were heading
toward far southern New Jersey and should arrive in southern New
Jersey between 4 PM and 7 PM. Some of the rain near and after
sunset should be moderate to heavy.

At 230 PM...Showers in south central Pennsylvania were heading
northeast and will likely overspread Berks and Chester Counties
between 3 and 5 PM.
