...Tri state heat wave...

Huntington has reached 90 degrees or hotter for 9 consecutive
days...through yesterday...July 27th.

The clouds and rain are expected to end the heat wave today.

The 9 consecutive days is the 2nd longest heat far
this century. Back in late June and early July of 2012...there
were 11 straight days in the 90s at Huntington.

The longest stretch of consecutive 90 degree or hotter days at
Huntington was 25...during the summer of 1930.
