COLD AND DRY CANADIAN HIGH PRESSURE CONTINUED TO DRIFT ACROSS THE
UPPER MIDWEST EARLY THIS MORNING. WINDS DECREASED AND CLOUDS
CLEARED OUT OF ALL BUT FAR EASTERN WISCONSIN AND NORTHEAST
ILLINOIS. EARLY MORNING TEMPERATURES RANGED FROM SOME TEENS
ACROSS NORTHERN WISCONSIN TO NORTH CENTRAL IOWA...TO THE MID 30S
UNDER THE CLOUDS NEAR LAKE MICHIGAN.

THE CANADIAN HIGH WILL CONTINUE TO DOMINATE THE REGIONS WEATHER
TODAY AND TONIGHT. THE HIGH WILL BE OVER EASTERN WISCONSIN AND
NORTHERN ILLINOIS THIS AFTERNOON. SUNNY SKIES ARE GOING TO BE THE
RULE TODAY...WITH SOUTH WINDS INCREASING OVER MINNESOTA AND
WESTERN IOWA TODAY. MOST HIGHS ACROSS THE REGION TODAY WILL BE IN
THE 40S.

THE HIGH IS GOING TO MOVE TO MICHIGAN AND SOUTHERN ILLINOIS BY
SUNDAY MORNING. SKIES WILL REMAIN MOSTLY CLEAR ACROSS THE UPPER
MIDWEST TONIGHT...BUT SOME SOUTH WINDS WILL SPREAD ACROSS THE
ENTIRE REGION HELPING TO KEEP LOWS WARMER THAN THOSE OF THIS
MORNING. LOWS TONIGHT ARE EXPECTED TO RANGE FROM THE MID 20S
ACROSS THE EAST SIDE OF THE REGION TO THE MID 30S OVER THE WEST
SIDE.

SOUTH WINDS WILL BRING WARMER AIR TO THE REGION SUNDAY...WITH
HIGHS MOSTLY IN THE UPPER 40S TO MID 50S.
