Clouds, fog and patchy drizzle were the rule across the area last
night. The overnight lows ranged in the 30s to lower 40s.
The system that has brought the rain and clouds will continue to
slip off to the east which will bring clearing skies today east of
I35 across Minnesota and Iowa. The clouds will then continue to
decrease across the north tonight, with sunshine expected across
most of the area by Tuesday afternoon.
Looking a the temperatures, expect highs this afternoon to range in
the mid 40s to around 50 degrees, and then dip into the 30s tonight,
though upper 20s across north central Wisconsin. The on Tuesday, the
sunshine will allow for high temperatures in the mid 50s.
In the longer term, a system moving to our south may spread light
rain into the area later Wednesday into Thursday. There is chance
that even a little snow may mix in Wednesday night.
