Rain fell across much of western into central Wisconsin during the
overnight hours while periods of drizzle were seen across southeast
Minnesota and northeast Iowa. Early morning temperatures ranged from
the upper 20s over northern Wisconsin to the upper 30s across
northeast Iowa.

A wintry mix of snow, sleet, and light freezing rain could create
slick travel in spots across north central Wisconsin this morning.
Otherwise, lingering rain or a light wintry mix will exit the region
this afternoon. Mostly cloudy skies are then expected through the
afternoon. High temperatures will be on the chilly side today with
highs ranging from the upper 30s over northern Wisconsin to the mid
40s across northeast Iowa.

Skies will become mostly clear tonight leading to cold overnight
lows and areas of frost. Plan on lows ranging from the lower 20s to
lower 30s.
