THE AFTERNOON HOURS. WINDS WERE WEST TO NORTHWEST AT 10 TO 20
MPH...AND HIGH TEMPERATURES WERE MAINLY IN THE MID TO UPPER 30S.
THE WARMER LOCATIONS INCLUDED VALENTINE...WHICH TOPPED OUT AT 41
DEGREES...AND NORTH PLATTE...WHICH RECORDED A HIGH OF 40 DEGREES.

A GRADUAL INCREASE IN CLOUD COVER CAN BE EXPECTED TONIGHT...WITH
LIGHT WINDS AND LOWS IN THE MID TEENS TO AROUND 20 DEGREES.
