IT MAY BE MARCH...BUT WINTER IS NOT READY TO GIVE UP. A FAST MOVING
LOW PRESSURE SYSTEM WILL TRACK ACROSS THE WESTERN GREAT LAKES ON
TUESDAY...SPREADING SNOW INTO WISCONSIN LATE TONIGHT AND THROUGH THE
DAY ON TUESDAY. WARMER AIR FLOWING NORTH AHEAD OF THE LOW WILL
RESULT IN A WINTRY MIX OF SNOW...SLEET OR FREEZING RAIN OVER
PORTIONS OF FAR SOUTHERN WISCONSIN. TOTAL SNOWFALL WILL RANGE FROM 3
TO 4 INCHES OVER CENTRAL AND NORTHERN WISCONSIN...TO 1 TO 3 INCHES
ACROSS THE FAR SOUTH.

THE REMAINDER OF THE WEEK AHEAD LOOKS VERY QUIET AND DRY. ANOTHER
SHOT OF ARCTIC AIR WILL INVADE THE UPPER MIDWEST FOR WEDNESDAY
THROUGH THURSDAY WITH TEMPERATURES RUNNING WELL BELOW NORMAL.

MILDER AIR RETURNS FOR THE WEEKEND WITH TEMPERATURES EXPECTED TO
FINALLY CLIMB UP TO NORMAL LEVELS.
