WINDS IN EXCESS OF 40 MPH WILL BE POSSIBLE WITH THIS STORM.

THIS STRONG THUNDERSTORM WILL BE NEAR...
  CARLETON AROUND 340 AM EDT.
  FLAT ROCK AROUND 355 AM EDT.
  TAYLOR AND ROMULUS AROUND 400 AM EDT.
