Including the cities of Midland, Bay City, Bad Axe, Saginaw,
Caro, Sandusky, Owosso, Flint, Lapeer, Port Huron, Howell,
Pontiac, Warren, Ann Arbor, Detroit, Adrian, and Monroe

...South to southwest winds gusting to around 45 mph...

A strong cold front will track through southeast Michigan,
producing south to southwest winds gusts around 45 mph by Noon.
Gusts could briefly exceed 45 mph across the Saginaw Valley. In
addition, showers and possible thunderstorms will move into the
area, mainly east of U.S. 23. Any thunderstorm that develops will
be capable of producing stronger winds of 50 mph or greater.
