West central North Atlantic continental shelf and slope waters
beyond 20 nm to 250 nm offshore, including south of Georges Bank
from 1000 fm to 250 nm offshore.

Conditions given represent the highest within that period.

Seas given as significant wave height, which is the average
height of the highest 1/3 of the waves. Individual waves may be
more than twice the significant wave height.

Locally higher winds and seas can be expected in and near tstms.

.SYNOPSIS FOR MID ATLC WATERS...Low pressure across the outer
Mid-Atlantic waters will move quickly E along a stationary front
this evening. As the low slides E across the northern waters, a
cold front will push across the central and southern waters
tonight. The front will push just E of the area late tonight as
another low develops along the front. The low will move E of the
central waters Sat then move NE of the northern waters Sat night.
High pressure will build over the waters Sat night into Sun
behind the low before weak low pressure and cold front push
offshore from the Mid-Atlantic coast Sun and Sun night. The front
will clear E of the area late Sun night as high pressure builds
in across the area Sun night and Mon. The high will shift E of
the waters Mon night and Tue ahead of the next approaching cold
front. Low pressure and a cold front will approach the Mid-
Atlantic coast Tue night, then track NE across the waters Wed and
Wed night.
