TROUGH MOVING FROM THE SOUTH. RAOB FROM THIS AFTERNOON DEPICTS A
CONDITIONAL UNSTABLE PROFILE. MODELS SUGGEST THAT THE WEAK TROUGH
WILL MOVE OVER THE ISLANDS TONIGHT BEFORE IT DISSIPATE FRIDAY
MORNING.

SUNDAY THROUGH THURSDAY...AN ACTIVE TROUGH IS EXPECTED TO MOVE
OVER THE ISLANDS ON WEDNESDAY. WILL KEEP THE PREVIOUS FCST WHILE
MONITORING A FEW MORE MODEL RUNS.
