...Flood Potential Outlook for rises on area rivers, streams
   and creeks due to rain and snow melt in the following
   counties in California...Siskiyou and in Oregon...Klamath...

Snow melt combined with rain will cause rivers, creeks and streams
to rise in south central Oregon and northern California. While
flooding is not anticipated, rivers will rise to within a few
feet of flood stage on the Sprague River near Beatty, the Scott
River near Fort Jones, and the Klamath River near Seiad Valley.

In addition...small streams and creeks in Siskiyou County may see
flooding with any training storms.

A flood potential outlook is issued when there is the potential for
significant rises or flooding along rivers and streams.

This product will be updated as necessary. Watches and warnings may
be issued by the National Weather Service if this situation worsens.

   Flood Stage is 8.5 FT.
