The National Weather Service in Chicago has issued a

* Flash Flood Warning for...
  Southeastern Livingston County in central Illinois...

* Until 630 AM CDT Sunday

* At 1228 AM CDT, Doppler radar indicated thunderstorms producing
  torrential rainfall repeatedly moving across southeast Livingston
  County. Radar estimates suggest that over 2 inches of rain has
  fallen since 11 PM with storm totals over 4 inches. Additional
  thunderstorms producing torrential rainfall will continue for the
  next hour or two.

* Some locations that will experience flooding include locations
  south of Fairbury, Forrest and Strawn, including Indian Creek and
  its tributaries as well as tributaries to the south fork of the
  Vermilion River.

Do not drive into areas where water covers the road. Flooding is
particularly dangerous at night, when it is sometimes difficult to
spot flooded roadways.
