  York County in southwestern Maine...
  Southern Oxford County in western Maine...
  Southern Cumberland County in southwestern Maine...
  Rockingham County in southern New Hampshire...
  Strafford County in central New Hampshire...
  South central Sullivan County in central New Hampshire...
  Cheshire County in southern New Hampshire...
  Hillsborough County in southern New Hampshire...
  Southeastern Belknap County in central New Hampshire...
  Merrimack County in central New Hampshire...
  Southeastern Carroll County in northern New Hampshire...

* Until 700 PM EDT

* At 401 PM EDT, latest radar imagery and observations indicate
  locally heavy rainfall will continue to cross the region with
  rates briefly reaching a half inch per hour or higher through this
  evening over southern New Hampshire and southwestern Maine.
  Rainfall totals will be locally in the two to three inch range.
  This will lead to street flooding and flooding of poor drainage

* Some locations that will experience flooding include...
  Manchester, Nashua, Portland, Concord, Derry, Rochester, South
  Portland, Keene, Biddeford, Portsmouth, Westbrook, Hampton, Durham,
  Exeter, Kittery, Jaffrey, Henniker, Alfred, Sanford and Salem.
