The National Weather Service in Norman has issued a

* Flood Advisory for...
  Southeastern Oklahoma County in central Oklahoma...

* Until 1230 AM CDT

* At 933 PM CDT, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain due to
  thunderstorms across southeast Oklahoma City and Midwest City to
  Choctaw. Rainfall of 1 to 2 inches of rain has fallen with more
  thunderstorms moving toward the area. This will cause minor
  flooding in the advisory area.

* Some locations that will experience flooding include...
  Eastern Oklahoma City, Midwest City, Choctaw, Harrah, Jones, Nicoma
  Park and Tinker Air Force Base.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Excessive runoff from heavy rainfall will cause flooding of small
creeks and streams, urban areas, highways, streets and underpasses as
well as other drainage areas and low lying spots. Turn around, don`t
drown.
