The Flood Warning continues for
  The Columbia River at Vancouver.
* At 3 PM Monday the stage was...17.4 feet.
* Flood stage is 16.0 feet.
* Forecast...This river is forecast to remain between 17.3 and 17.7
  feet through Tuesday and above flood stage through the week.
* Impact...Above 17 feet, expect continued flooding of lowland access
  roads, parking areas, and trails on Sauvie Island, around Vancouver
  Lake, and other islands and riverside parks in the Portland and
  Vancouver metro area. Access to some floating home marinas is
  impaired.
