Friday December 19, 2014

Light snow fell over most of Missouri and adjoining portions of
Iowa, Nebraska and Kansas yesterday.  Scattered snow showers
were also prevalent in North Dakota, South Dakota and across
the Rocky Mountains.  Liquid precipitation amounts were on
the order of a quarter inch or less.

No flooding has been reported within the Missouri Basin nor
is any forecasted to occur.

Scattered snow showers are expected across the Rocky Mountains
today and Saturday.  During the Sunday and Monday timeframe,
a potent winter storm will bring heavy snow to the Montana,
Wyoming and Colorado.
