THE EVENING HOURS BEFORE DIMINISHING AFTER SUNSET. ANY STORM THAT
DEVELOPS WILL HAVE THE POTENTIAL TO PRODUCE TORRENTIAL DOWNPOURS
IN A SHORT AMOUNT OF TIME, POSSIBLY LEADING TO FLASH FLOODING.
