EXTREME SOUTHWEST NEBRASKA AND NORTHWEST KANSAS.

.DAY ONE...THIS AFTERNOON AND TONIGHT...

NO HAZARDOUS WEATHER IS EXPECTED AT THIS TIME.

.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...MONDAY THROUGH SATURDAY...

BITTERLY COLD TEMPERATURES ARE EXPECTED MONDAY NIGHT THROUGH
WEDNESDAY. TEMPERATURES WILL DROP FROM THE TEENS ON MONDAY INTO
THE SINGLE DIGITS BELOW ZERO EARLY TUESDAY MORNING. HIGH TEMPERATURES
ARE EXPECTED TO REACH ONLY THE SINGLE DIGITS ABOVE ZERO ON TUESDAY
BEFORE PLUMMETING INTO THE SINGLE DIGITS TO TEENS BELOW ZERO BY
EARLY WEDNESDAY MORNING. WIND CHILL VALUES WILL BE 15 TO 25
DEGREES BELOW ZERO...OR COLDER...EARLY TUESDAY MORNING AND AGAIN
EARLY WEDNESDAY MORNING.

THERE IS ALSO THE POSSIBILITY OF LIGHT SNOW SPREADING ACROSS THE
FORECAST AREA BEGINNING EARLY MONDAY MORNING AND CONTINUING
THROUGH LATE TUESDAY. UP TO 3 INCHES OF TOTAL SNOW ACCUMULATION IS
POSSIBLE ACROSS SOUTHWEST NEBRASKA AND NORTHWEST KANSAS WITH
AROUND 4 INCHES OF SNOW POSSIBLE OVER EASTERN COLORADO.
