THROUGH 2 AM...ISOLATED SHOWERS AND THUNDERSTORMS WILL MOVE NORTH
ACROSS PORTIONS OF THE RIO GRANDE PLAINS. RAINFALL AMOUNTS WILL BE
LIGHT WITH MOST LOCATIONS RECEIVING ONE QUARTER OF AN INCH OR
LESS. IN THE STRONGER STORMS RAINFALL AMOUNTS COULD REACH ONE HALF
TO ONE INCH. THE SHOWERS AND THUNDERSTORMS SHOULD SLOWLY DISSIPATE
OVER THE NEXT FEW HOURS. GUSTY OUTFLOW WINDS COULD IMPACT UVALDE
AND EASTERN KINNEY COUNTIES.
