Patchy fog can be expected over much of south central Texas
through 9 AM CDT. Visibilities will generally range between 2 and
5 miles. However, a few locations may drop to near 1/2 mile at
times. Due to the patchy nature of the fog, visibilities may drop
quickly over a short distance. Motorists are urged to use caution
and allow extra travel time.
