LINE FROM NEAR SWAN LAKE TO TAYLOR TO ARNOLD TO NORTH PLATTE.

LIGHT TO MODERATE SNOW WILL COMBINE WITH SOME BLOWING SNOW...AND
WILL CREATE VISIBILITY DOWN TO ONE HALF MILE IN PLACES. LOCALIZED
VISIBILITY COULD BE DOWN AS LOW AS ONE QUARTER MILE IN OPEN
AREAS.

LOCATIONS WITHIN THE SNOW BAND CAN EXPECT AROUND ONE INCH OF SNOW
ACCUMULATION DURING THE NEXT COUPLE OF HOURS.
