.NOW...

THROUGH THIS EVENING...PRECIPITATION CHANCES WILL BE ON THE HIGH SIDE
WITH WIDESPREAD COVERAGE AS AREAS OF RAIN WITH EMBEDDED SHOWERS
CONTINUE TO MOVE NORTHEAST ACROSS THE PENINSULA AT 20 TO 25 MPH.
ISOLATED LIGHTNING STORMS ARE ALSO POSSIBLE...ESPECIALLY FOR PLACES
NEAR LAKE OKEECHOBEE AND THE TREASURE COAST. MOST TOTALS WILL BE LESS
THAN ONE-HALF INCH...BUT A FEW SPOTS COULD RECEIVE ONE TO TWO INCHES.

TONIGHT`S DREARY WEATHER IS COURTESY OF A DEVELOPING LOW PRESSURE
CENTER EXPECTED TO FORM OFF THE SOUTHEAST FLORIDA COAST. AS IT
BECOMES STRONGER AND MORE ORGANIZED...IT WILL THEN TRANSITION NORTH-
NORTHEAST OVER THE FLORIDA ATLANTIC WATERS. RAIN CHANCES WILL BEGIN
TO DIMINISH OVER LAND AFTER MIDNIGHT WITH STIFFENING NORTHWEST WINDS.
YET...GALE CONDITIONS WILL COMMENCE OVER THE MARINE AREA BEYOND 20
MILES FROM THE COAST. HAZARDOUS BOATING CONDITIONS WILL BE PREVALENT
FOR ALL NEARSHORE WATERS.
