Southeast Oklahoma and much of Southwest Arkansas. Visibility can
be less than a mile, and even down to a quarter mile or less
toward daybreak. Keep headlights on low beam and be cautious of
sudden changes in visibility especially in valley low spots and
near rivers, bayous and lakes. Roadways may also become wet as
patchy light rain and drizzle may also occur, before diminishing
later this morning.
