LEADING EDGE OF THIS PRECIPITATION WAS LOCATED FROM ALONG THE RED
RIVER OF SOUTHEAST OKLAHOMA AND NORTHEAST TEXAS...TO NEAR
TEXARKANA...MAGNOLIA AND FARMERVILLE LOUISIANA. BY FAR THE
HEAVIEST RAINFALL WAS ONGOING ACROSS SOUTHWEST ARKANSAS FROM NEAR
ASHDOWN TO NEAR HOPE AND SOUTH OF PRESCOTT TO NEAR CAMDEN.
MOVEMENT OF THIS ACTIVITY WAS TO THE EAST SOUTHEAST NEAR 20 MPH.
EXCESSIVE HEAVY RAINFALL IS EXPECTED TO CONTINUE ACROSS PORTIONS
OF SOUTHERN ARKANSAS THROUGH THE AFTERNOON HOURS.
