MOVE NORTHEAST NEAR 20 MPH ACROSS PORTIONS OF DEEP EAST TEXAS AND
CENTRAL LOUISIANA. EXPECT THIS TREND TO CONTINUE THROUGH THE
AFTERNOON HOURS AND POSSIBLY SPREAD TO OTHER PORTIONS OF THE FOUR
STATE REGION. RAINFALL AMOUNTS UP TO A HALF INCH CAN BE EXPECTED
OVER THE NEXT COUPLE OF HOURS.
