Weather Summary for Upper Mississippi River Valley
National Weather Service La Crosse WI
332 PM CST Fri Jan 19 2018

Partly to mostly cloudy skies were seen across the region on
Friday, with afternoon temperatures in the mid 30s to lower 40s.

The mild weather will continue through much of the weekend, with
lows in the mid to upper 20s and highs in the mid 30s to lower 40s
through Sunday.

A storm system will then impact the area Sunday and Monday,
bringing rain, snow, and possibly some freezing rain. The heaviest
snow is currently expected to fall from north-central Iowa,
through southern and parts of southeast Minnesota, and into
northwest Wisconsin. However, the track of the storm could still
shift, so be sure to keep up to date on the latest forecast this
weekend.
